An end of the day in summer, a beautiful sun, people leaving the beach slowly after having tanned well all afternoon, the perfect time for me to take over and improvise a drawing on the beach of La Grande Coast in Saint-Palais-Sur-Mer in Charente-Maritime! As sometimes happens, that day I leave home with no idea on paper. We will therefore have to leave room for the imagination. Why not then draw on the beach a few bubbles of different sizes, which come to fit into each other? A simple idea, but which on the final rendering remains effective for my taste. The low sun at this time of day will add an interesting dimension to the images and the final rendering. A beach art which will have required the use of a single rake and about 2 hours of tracing on the sand.
